Payment and Financial Aid

The cost to attend any of our engineering summer camps (other than Engineering Adventures) is $400. The cost of our Engineering Adventures: Introduction to Engineering camp is $480. You may pay by check or credit card. Please mail checks (made out to the Board of Regents) to:

Also, unless extenuating circumstances occur, every family who is awarded financial aid will be responsible for paying a $25 holding fee in order to guarantee your child a place in our camps. Camp Policies and Information

Our summer camps admissions are on a first come, first serve basis. Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your child's place in the camp. A $50 non-refundable deposit per camp is due at the time of registration. The remainder of the camp fee is due one month before the start of the camp. Camp fees, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit, are refundable as long as a cancellation notice is received by our office at least 14 days prior to the start of the child's chosen camp.

Additional camp information, including a campus map, drop off and pick up information, and camper waivers will be sent to parents/guardians in a confirmation email and two weeks before the start of camp.
