I give permission, without restriction, to the University of Nevada, Reno and the Discover Your Path! AI/AN Summer College Prep Camp to photograph, video, and interview me. I understand that the university may use these materials in printed and Internet publications and presentations that they produce, and that they may also give the material/information to media and other organizations for educational or promotional use.
