The LEAD (Learn, Empower, Achieve, Dream) Program invites prospective southern Nevada high school juniors, seniors, and transfer students to fly up and attend the 2026 summer program at the University of Nevada, Reno. LEAD is a culturally enriched, immersive higher education exploration program for Native American students to stay on campus and learn about how to prepare for the University application process, financial aid, and degree options.

Airfare is for students only. Transportation to and from the airport in Reno is included. Students are expected to attend the full week program.

At LEAD you will:

Get roundtrip airfare and ground transportation covered. (Transportation to the Las Vegas Airport is not included)
Learn about financial aid, admissions, and the Native American Fee Waiver
Explore degree options and campus resources
Enjoy living on campus in the residence halls for the week
Learn about some fun things to do as at University of Nevada, Reno student!
