Special Event Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting the University of Nevada, Reno for a campus tour or virtual campus tour. This form is a REQUEST, not a guarantee of date or availability. While we strive to accommodate every request for campus tours, we cannot guarantee availability if your request is within 2 weeks of your anticipated date.

Our typical tour schedule allows group tours Monday-Thursday for specific times. We do not offer group tours on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. 3 tour times is the maximum amount of slots allowed to book per day, but are not guaranteed.

For liability and security reasons, we require registration at least 3 days prior to the tour, of all attendees. We also require that all group attendees wear an identifier, provided to you by the university, while on campus premises.
